メリット

翻訳作業に必要なツールのローカルセットアップが簡単になる。バージョンが固定になるので再現性が上がる。
ビルド時間の短縮が期待できる

デメリット

特に? 強いていえば自前イメージによるサポートの無さ

必要な手順

Dockerfileをホストするレポジトリをclojure-siteレポジトリとは別に作る
japan-clojuriansのDockerhub Organizationを作る
イメージをCIからpushできるようにする
circle ciのビルドをそれを使うようにする
