Option "Flatten folders whose names contain one of the words in the list" only works with perfect matches

The option "Flatten folders whose names contain one of the words in the list" seems to not actually look for whether a word is mentioned in a filename. Instead, it just compares whether the filename is exactly found in the list of words.

The function should be changed to actually do what its description says.
