Architectural work: figure out what to actually do with the speakers

• Panning
  • "Stereo arc"
  • "Speaker fill"
• 3d audio

The 3d audio makes supporting N speakers easier, just need vectors for speaker directions. Subwoofer channels need more work. Up and downmixing between different channel counts also need work. These up/downmixes might occur at every bus.

Support added, more or less - haven't tested at all, likely to have plenty of issues.
