Should make static libraries and binaries of the tests, at least.

Browsed through several possibilities, will give premake a try (a bit more sane scripting than cmake, even if it's less mature)

Premake seems to work - only tried on windows (and msvc2010) so far, and there are a bunch of hardcoded paths, but it's way better than nothing.
