Zoom Control with Cutout

When I am zooming a video it always plays behind the display cutout on the Pixel 7a (Lineage OS)

Describe the solution you'd like
There should be more zoom options taking the cutout into consideration. Right now there is maximized which covers the whole screen with video and non-maximized which fits the whole video into the screen including the cutout.

There should also be an option to fit the whole video onto the screen without any being obscured by any cutouts.

Additional context

Device screenshots. I tried to approximate the location of the cutout (red). The video is 3840×1600. The first video covers the full screen, the second has black bars at the top, but both have the video obscured by the display cutout.
