Initial release.
This release is a Python 2.7/3.x compatible release that fixes the packaging issues of mzgeohash and changes the logic such that the original author's test suite passes across python versions.
Previously, even if one downloaded the original package from source, it wouldn't properly encode on python 3.
I was dumb and didn't realize that PyPi releases are forever, so please don't use v1.0.x
It had issues passing the original test suite.
