如果使用的是暗色主题，首次访问会出现从亮色变成暗色的过程

看起来是你当地的运营商访问 css和 js 资源时断开了。

是的，cdn.jsdelivr.net 已经被中国大陆屏蔽了

还有的就是 IP 信息 前面这个字符显示不出来
