By starting the notification service, the app will check every 90 seconds for updates to the Sombra ARG site. For those on a limited data plan, this will use less than 1 KB to download the webpage every update, so should not be too much of a worry.
Upcoming: Fixing the notification service to be more reliable and less resource intensive.
