I tried to change the version of Bootstrap to 3.3.6 but the modal no longer works. Someone would have the version of Phreeze modified with bootstrap 2.3.0 above?

I've never changed the navbar but it should be easy. It's only a matter of css in _Header.tpl.php class . See the bootstrap 2.3.0 documentation.
