Circular dependency with java sources #1

Hi,

Thanks for the example, now, I run into an issue. My project use java code which reference xtend code, and the xtend code reference some java code.

It works under eclipse, but It doesn't seems trivial to solve with Batch compiler.

If you have any solution (other than splitting code to remove the circular part)
