This is a very simple patch which exposes a library for using stylish-haskell. I've made as few changes to the core as possible. I have no need for this particular API, so if there's something else you'd rather use, I have no objections. I'd just like to be able to interact with stylish without going through an external process.

Looks nice! I might move the entire library to Language.Stylish.Haskell though (or just keep everything in StylishHaskell). Any particular preference?

No strong preferences really. I chose Language.Haskell.Stylish for consistency with other tools like hlint, but I don't consider it that important.

My vote is on Language.Haskell.Stylish.
