RHEL 8 Lutris Outline

Things we need:

1. We will need EPEL for wine and other dependencies needed by lutris.
2. After EPEL will be released we have to make sure that main python dependencies and others as well are satisfied with the appstream and EPEL itself (99 percent that should be the case). Otherwise we include dependencies ourselves this time creating own separate repository instead of using pip or other third part repository as it is conflicting many times and we dont want that to happen.

3. In case we create our repo with few packages that might not be in EPEL or appstream consult @strycore on where we can create a repo services like OBS.
4. Making sure to use default python 3.6 as RHEL 8 is based on Fedora 28.

EPEL has been released, The Package request on EPEL 8 are now open -

if @strycore team has someone who can maintain the package please open an issue on bugzilla. I have currently requested wine and other packages to smooge and others (maintainers of EPEL) and when they are out I will start working on my package until then if someone from official lutris teams wants to maintain package please contact the EPEL team on Bugzilla

The only dependency we need is cabextract now.

Package has been hosted now on https://github.com/jatin-cbs/Lutris-RHEL-CentOS-8
Its very easy in RHEL 8 just waiting for cabextract to come in EPEL so that we dont need any additional steps.
