Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The noise from the Degrade section is very static.

Describe the solution you'd like
The Degrade section should have a "Release" parameter, so that the noise is enveloped to the amplitude of the original signal. When the "Release" is at the maximum value, the noise will revert to the static behaviour that it currently uses.
