Copy Paste wont work everytime

I have not found a clue what exactly is a reason for this, but it may depend on huge or multiple opened JARs.
Sometimes I cannot copy text from Source code to Clipboard.
I tried CTRL-C and Menu item - it wont work.
If I close exe and open only this JAR - normally it works.

Any suggestions?

I got it to work by leaving jd-gui running.

Hi, what do you mean by "leaving jd-gui running"?
I use JD-GUI 1.6.6 and JD-Core 1.1.3 (i started exe-File) and got this error again now.

I believe I was referring to when I opened jd-gui in a linux terminal, I needed to leave the process running in the terminal.
