decompiled jar to source but compile java decompiled code error #439

I decompiled this jar:
https://cdn.getbukkit.org/spigot/spigot-1.12.2.jar
But when compile java decompiled code, it give me 100 error(illegal start of expression, unexpected ";" and more)
