When #55 is completed, https://plugins.javalent.com/calendarium/settings#Show+Intercalary+Months+Separately will need to be updated.

The issue is...

Currently https://plugins.javalent.com/calendarium/settings#Show+Intercalary+Months+Separately is in the correct position but will not be after change.
