Observations:

  1. Clicking on Delete of a homebrew entry appears to do nothing. Restart Obsidian shows it's been deleted.
  2. New monsters don't show up after an import, or a manual add operation, until Obsidian restarted.
  3. Edits to a homebrew don't show up in views until Obsidian restarted.

This makes it more difficult than necessary to create or debug a monster. I would like to be able to use the Edit button to make changes, then use View button to see the difference. Currently, I need to Edit, Restart Obidian, then View.

I'm still seeing this issue with 2.14.10 when doing an import. I can see the "Managing X homebrew creatures" count go up and new sources show up in the "Filter sources" list and are checked, but the creatures themselves can't be used or searched until Obsidian is restarted.
