Create Intro to Docker and Containers Slides

Mark has some slides he can use and Michael has Kubes presentation on the Googles that we can add them to.

@javaplus @frayer I added three slides to the Docker section. I wanted to stay at a high level. Do you guys think it needs more detail or is that enough?

I think those slides are good... From here, I'd like to go into a "hello world" run a container... show them a few of the basic docker command line commands... docker run, docker ps, docker images, etc...
