Exclude the root UnitTestResult in parametrized tests #2

MSTest reports an <UnitTestResult> tag for each parametrized test, which contains an <InnerResults> which contains a <UnitTestResult> for each set of parameters. This implies that if we have N executions, the count of tests will be N+1
