put minified js to git repo

hi, recently we want to host your lib on https://cdnjs.com, could you please consider adding minified oms.js to git repo and release it with git tag so that we can use git auto-update to update your lib on cdnjs automatically when new version release.

btw, where could I get minified oms.js before v0.3.1? like v0.3.0.
