Workspaces - Configure

When using the configure command we try and use workspaces. I have added a bit of hacky code in to proceed if you only have one workspace.

Ideally the helper functions need to be changed so that they don't rely so heavily on a configuration file since during the configure command you don't expect it. Perhaps we create a new wrapper function in the helper to get the information we need from the users input as appose to relying on the configuration file.
