Here is a proposed bower.json file. I had previously opened an issue but decided to go ahead and start it (see #12). Do we need to add more dependencies or change the jquery one? Perhaps add the devdependencies for grunt? If so which ones are needed. I'll leave it up to the repo owner to register this with bower.io.
