Simple Form-Builder
- Firstly the user have to create a account by subitting email and password.
- After succesfull registration and login user have to go to the form section and click on the create form to create new form.
- Then you have to give the proper decription about the form like form name, form description, start and end date of the form.
- Then You have to select all the elements that are required in this form.
- You also have option to make specific elements required or not for the user.
- After Successfull generation of the form you will be redirect to your user portal and in the form section user can see the form link and excel file link.
- Also user can delete the form.
- USER CAN MAXIMUM GENERATE 5 FORMS.
- Functionality for users :
- If User successfully submit the form than the data will be stored in the excel file..
- Admin can access the excel file with the link given after sycessfully form creation.
