Hi, when I run "dbs_analysis_subject_images.m", I encounter an error: "undefined function or variable 'kruskal_mst'. Can you help me? Thank you.

Hi, it's part of the matlab-bgl (boost graph library) you should have on your path. At the start of the script there is a list of all dependencies.
