Should we enable Dependabot or similar to manage dependencies? This will help to keep dependencies up to date.

Lots of dependencies are being updated with #603. To avoid PR burst, maybe we can enable it after that PR is merged.

Sure. Why not? Currently I'm fine executing ./gradlew dependencyUpdates now and then.
