Plugins should use softReply function instead of getVariableUsername for replies #6

Many plugins use getVariableUsername to soft reply instead of the built in softReply method.

Go through the plugins and fix it. Here's an example: https://github.com/jbis9051/JamesSOBot/blob/master/src/plugins/unformatted-code.js#L57
