discover.com needs interval between requests

So basically discover.com has aggressive protection of request rate.
Do you have any better ideas than adding sleep()?

Adding an option to the ofx source to sleep for a given number of seconds between requests, e.g. delay_between_requests, seems like a reasonable solution, since it sounds like there is no way to detect that a delay is needed.

If you create a pull request, and ideally add some documentation describing the recommended value for discover.com, I'd be happy to include that.

I believe Discover no longer supports OFX, so this issue is moot.
