SECTION 1. The State shall recognize and respect the humanity of all human individuals within its jurisdiction.
SECTION 2. The State shall make no law respecting the claim of an individual over another human individual.
SECTION 3. The State shall not infringe on the right of the individual to be born, without just cause and due process of the law.
SECTION 4. The State shall not infringe on the right of the individual to die a natural death, without just cause and due process of the law.
