Extending FCQ implementation

Hi @jcborges,

Thank you for your implementation of FCQ. I am trying to extend your implement of FCQ to NFQCA, described in this paper.
What i am unclear about is on page 147 para-2 the author describes the modification for the continuous case, does that points to introducing another network as critic ? Any help and pointers to code modification will be really appreciated. Thank you.
