move extensions to namespaces

Does the job. I still don't like how the project structure doesn't match the namespaces, hurts my head. It's nicer to consume though, so

I might revert this as was thinking overnight the one thing i dont like about Nancy was when you wanted to call BindAndValidate etc you needed to know the namespace so it initially didnt appear in intellisense. Thoughts?

I think methods like `BindAndValidate` etc belong in a “Request” namespace, and response formatters etc belong in a “Response” namespace or something similar, logical grouping to ease discoverability and avoid clutter
