Doc link on Sylvester site broken

Just a heads up on the http://sylvester.jcoglan.com Sylvester site the link you have for the documentation (http://sylvester.jcoglan.com/docs) is broken.

I have the same problem, specifically clicking the link "the API documentation" fails. Clicking the "API Docs" tab works fine.

I tracked down the culprit and seems to be fixed in a commit by @zthomae which is merged in the master in pull request 14.

@jcoglan mentions in issue 16 that

The main reason is that I've not had time to maintain this for a long time.

which would explain the reason the sylvester site has not been updated.

This is fixed; sorry it took so long. It was awkward to deploy the site; I had to fork of master to get a version that would still build, but with the 0.2 docs removed.
