Self-host Google Fonts used in new designs #21

The new designs are incorporating openly-licensed fonts from Google Fonts. We can use https://google-webfonts-helper.herokuapp.com/fonts to host them ourselves on our CDN to reduce reliance on external systems (and improve privacy for our users).
