Angular is not as easy to integrate as React. Angular is the full framework I don't think that it will be easy to put it into Service Worker. You can try but it's probably a lot of hacking to do this.

Also, note that React in Service Worker is just a hack, it should not be used in real applications. Especially since JSDom is huge.
