Update Description Transaction Fees Being Underestimated

When attempting to update an asset description from within Frewallet the fee estimate is too low. Even when using a wallet with 1 UTXO, the fee that is published is too low to complete the transaction in a timely fashion. The current structure creates a transaction with 4 outputs - 3 multi-sigs at 0.00001 and 1 change to the sender. This lowers the transaction's effective fee by approximately 2/3. A 42 sat/vb send gets an effective fee of 18. The user thinks they paid the correct fee as it shows as 42 sats in most explorers. It is only when you view it at mempool.space that the effective fee rate is revealed.
