Improve the look and feel of the report framework.

Break out styles into their own css files under the public/ directory.

Here are specific todos:

On HTML Reports:

  • Make variable form smaller. Make button look better.
  • Position of search box and "Showing X of Y" message on html reports
  • Move charts above report table

Across Site:

  • Choose 1 accent color to use throughout site. Right now, we are using green for table headers.
  • Consistent font throughout site
  • Make thin bar at top of every page that has breadcrumb links on the left and room on the right for future links (e.g. database switcher, recent reports, favorites, quick search, etc.)

On Report List:

  • Move search bar to right side and add label or watermark
  • Get rid of border around directories and find better way to show the hierarchy
  • Visually separate the table of contents from the list of reports
  • Add icons after report titles for things like "created recently", "is configurable", "has a graph", etc.
  • Re-design table of contents to not use bullet points.
