Make sure the caffe library can find the shared libraries:

Assuming caffe is installed to /opt/caffe:

Temporarily:

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=~/.local/caffe/distribute/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH

Permanently for current user (starting with next shell):

echo 'export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=~/.local/caffe/distribute/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH' >> ~/.bashrc

For all users on the computer.

echo /opt/caffe/distribute/lib > /etc/ld.so.conf.d/caffe.conf
ldconfig
