Mobile WebRTC getUserMedia Fallback / Polyfill #165

The previous WebRTC getUserMedia Fallback / Polyfill resolves the issue with personal computers / laptops. However, we still need to provide access to mobile devices. Therefore, we need to research, and implement Cordova, or Phonegap as a polyfill solution to the WebRTC getUserMedia.
