do you know where can I get a windows NBD Client for your server?

or if know of other NBD for windows project that supply a Client and a Server
can you please put here the link...

I don't know of one offhand? If it were me I'd spin up a linux virtual machine on my windows machine and use that as the NBD client. Hope that helps!
