Support for loading scripts / images on newer versions of Amira #3

The open command no longer seems to work on mac, but something like this should work

/Applications/Amira-6.5.0/bin/start -cmd "load /Applications/Amira-6.5.0/data/tutorials/lobus.am" -port 7175 -host $(hostname)
