Hmmm, what browser are you using? Can you try a different browser and see if you see the same effect?

  1. Chrome
  2. Appears to happen only on chrome, Palemoon works fine.

I can't reproduce it here. I'm guessing it's something unique about your computer, graphics card, video driver, etc.
