exceptions in RSourceOnStartup are not logged or sent to stderr #40

in case of an exception in RSourceOnStartup, the request simply hangs. it does not log it to the errorlog or throw a 500 and move on.

mistake on my part - RSourceOnStartup errors are logged to global error log not the one under virtualhost.
