Googling gave me nothing so I'm expecting this to be only my problem? Already deleted related files into /Library/Cache/

It looks like you are having an issue installing the dependency glib which is part of the main set of homebrew formulae. Further, it looks like the version of glib being installed is older than what is available in homebrew (2.44.1 vs 2.46.2 on my system). I would suggest running brew update and installing glib by itself to troubleshoot.
Here's what I get when running the brew:
