Allow offline playback

Add support for offline playback.

This will include support for marking playlists as "available offline", which will automatically sync the playlist and all songs to the disk.

Hi, I didn't know if I should open a separate issue for this or comment here, so my apologies if this is not the place to ask it. It would be great if songs played while offline would be synced back to the server when going back online so they are scrobbled.

@el-tiuri I'll be able to do this in 1.0.0. There's no official offline mode (or backend database) in the current 0.x.x version so I don't have a way of storing playback data.
