Every thing is perfect in local server. But not in GitHub.

Hello. am currently developing a theme for my portfolio and blog.
while index.html (layout:default) is working perfectly the blog.html (layout:default) isn't working correctly.
the css isn't rendering. This might not be due to the static css as I gave the css from bootstrap cdn .
