My _config.yml contains:

source: src

Which I would expect any content exported into the src directory. _drafts, _layouts, _posts are created under src, but other content is copied to the root directory of the project (node, blog, etc). It seems any page with a pretty permalink ends up ignoring the source configuration.

Using jekyll-import 0.19.1

Interesting! Would definitely want to change the importer to respect your desired source location.
