Video playback questions

I figured out most of my issues with certain shows not playing correctly by using Jellyfin Client on my desktop and using the stats for nerds info. The information provided me with enough knowledge to type a manual value for bitrate rather than leave it at 0 to allow Direct play of the content.
This improved things a lot by not trying to transcode everything improving playback dramatically of a ton of videos.
I am now facing 1 issue. Every time I rewind it skips forward instead of rewinding how much I want it to.
