Plugin doesn't seem to fetch alternate episode lists (ex. DVD order)

When tvmaze is selected as the only metadata provider, changing the episode ordering (ex. selecting DVD order for the show Firefly) doesn't seem to have any effect. Tvmaze does indeed have the DVD order for that show (link) and they also seem to have API endpoints to fetch alternate episode lists (link).

Very much needed now that TVDB has gone paid, as there is now no alternate order plugin that works out of the box.
