UPDATE: It looks like ffmpeg won't take commands like that. I removed some of the " and \ and it now runs.

Please describe your bug
If I try to burn in subtitles, media won't play.
Steps to reproduce:

Only happens with some files, not all.
I copied the command Jellyfin tried to run them directly. They return the error invalid arguments on both Jellyfin-ffmpeg 5.1.3 and Jellyfin-ffmpeg 6.0, see screenshots below.
