[Issue]: Extracting Attachments fail when attachment names are Windows file paths #10506

Please describe your bug

If I try to burn in subtitles, media won't play.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Turn on burn in subtitles
  2. Play media

Additional Info:
Only happens with some files, not all.
I copied the command Jellyfin tried to run them directly. They return the error invalid arguments on both Jellyfin-ffmpeg 5.1.3 and Jellyfin-ffmpeg 6.0, see screenshots below.

UPDATE: It looks like ffmpeg won't take commands like that. I removed some of the " and \ and it now runs.
The extraction still fails from the following error:

No longer happens in 10.8.13

i also have this issue, and subtitle are also [桜都字幕组], witch fonts path are windows path, it is weired. and this issue happens in 10.8.13 as well.
