While scanning a library, navigating in the web client is very slow.
I noticed that the Antimalware Service Executable program is using quite a bit of CPU resources during the scan in addition to the ffprobe processes.
Reproduction Steps
Add a large music library to JF server and save (I think I have a few thousand tracks on mine?)
