[Issue]: Very slow navigation during scanning

Please describe your bug

While scanning a library, navigating in the web client is very slow.
I noticed that the Antimalware Service Executable program is using quite a bit of CPU resources during the scan in addition to the ffprobe processes.

Reproduction Steps

1. Add a large music library to JF server and save (I think I have a few thousand tracks on mine?)
2. See error
