Music library does not dectect mp4

Describe the bug

System (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10
• Virtualization: Docker
• Jellyfin Version: 1.70 rc-2

To Reproduce

1. Add mp4 music
2. see it will not appear in the library

Expected behavior
-It to appear

Additional context
Before I get the "why don't you convert it" comments, MP4 is the only one that supports Atmos (to my knowledge) it has full tagging support, it works like any other format.
